The Boundary Commission for England have carried out a review of all the County Council Divisions in the country following an in-depth review of where voters are likely to be living over the next 10 years. As a result, the current County Council Division of West End & Grange Park will disappear, West End will be spilt into two, electorally speaking and a new Division of West End & Horton Heath will be created.
The new Division will formally exist at the time of the next County Council elections on 4 May 2017
