County Councillor Malcolm Wade along with Hythe & Dibden’s Liberal Democrat Parish Council are working with the County Council to improve the often congested pier head area to make it a safer, more effective local transport hub. The County Council are in negotiation with local land owners, users and transport operators to put in an improved and enhanced environment so local people can catch a bus or taxi or get on the ferry in a safer more attractive area.
