A third planning application has been submitted for the Bubb Lane site opposite the crematorium. It might seem incredulous, with the first application for 328 homes turned down by local councillors and then again by the planning inspector at appeal, that the applicant would submit a second application for 220 homes on the same site, only for that to be turned down by the same councillors, but now a third planning application has been submitted for the Bubb Lane site. This is after the applicant appealed the second planning application decision and before that appeal has been heard!
